Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic leader for the role of Global Marketing and Customer Success Director at our Reno, Nevada headquarters. This position is pivotal in driving our worldwide marketing strategy for cutting-edge ventilator products. The Global Marketing Director will oversee global brand awareness, demand generation, and product positioning across key international markets. Additionally, they will manage the marketing and communications team in our Bonaduz, Switzerland location. Position is based out of our US headquarters in Reno, Nevada. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and tailored to international markets.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform marketing plans, including research on global healthcare markets, competition, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns, from digital marketing to tradeshows and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Manage brand identity across all marketing materials and channels globally.
  • Lead impactful product launches internationally, collaborating with sales, product development, and regulatory teams.
  • Build and manage strategic distributor partnerships worldwide.
  • Guide and mentor marketing teams in Reno and Bonaduz, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insightful reports to senior leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, delivering tangible results.
  • In-depth understanding of global healthcare markets, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams, with a strong emphasis on cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with frequent trips to Bonaduz, Switzerland.

Education/Experience

Education and experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within the medical device industry, with a proven track record of success in international markets 
  • Specific experience in marketing ventilators or comparable medical equipment is preferred
